OLIVER NASH

M.B.Ac.C., MT, Lic.Ac., ADV CST, BSc (Hons)

Oliver originally trained as a massage therapist and then went on to study acupuncture and Chinese medicine as a four year full-time degree at the world renowned International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM), this was followed by a fifth year of further training and research earning him an honours degree. Training at ICOM included extensive training in medical science, as well as both Five Element acupuncture and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), and this is the only college in the world to also teach the ancient system known as Stems & Branches.

Some of Oliver’s post-graduate training includes: Chinese herbs, on-going study and development of Chinese pulse diagnosis with Dr. Leon Hammer, and even facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

Oliver also trained in CranioSacral Therapy to an advanced level with the Upledger Institute, is co-author of a medical textbook on Chinese pulse diagnosis, and is a member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners, the British Acupuncture Council, and the ACSTA - the only CranioSacral Therapy Association recognised by the therapy's founder and developer Dr. John Upledger.

Oliver has taken a sabbatical from private practice to spend more time working with Dr. Hammer and the non-profit Foundation that preserves his work and educates the Chinese medicine profession.
